Order acceptance and processing

Orders are accepted subject to availability only.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders by the next working day. During extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day to despatch your order.
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Our warehouse is based in the North of Germany. We dispatch every day from Monday till Friday.
